In business for over 25 years, Myka Designs has built a strong reputation with their specialty Fashion Jewellery Collection. Our head office requires an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service person, that has a passion for what they are doing and excels! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, energetic and quick thinking individual to join our team.

The objective of this position is to handle customer service & sales inquiries within a small but busy office. Successful applicants will also be required to multi task through different areas within our company working with our team to achieve our company goals. High energy and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential.

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30AM - 5:00pm

**occasional evenings and weekends during sales and tradeshow season**

Duties:

  • Handling all Customer Service requests via telephone, email, fax
  • Taking wholesale orders via telephone, email or fax
  • Assist in processing and overseeing orders
  • Pulling orders
  • Assisting with organzing new samples and trade shows
  • Booking Sales Appointments, working sales appointments in showroom, store and tradeshows
  • Assisting with Trade Show planning and preparation
  • Other sales and marketing related tasks

Skills:

  • Min. 3 years experience in customer service/sales
  • Professional, polite and patient telephone manner
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, MS word, Excel and internet use
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Independent and a team player who works well with others
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong sales skills
  • Outgoing, positive, friendly personality
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues
  • Reliable
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills

E commerce Customer Service

  • All related to ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES SUPPORT
  • Handling all Customer Service requests via telephone, email
  • Assist in processing and overseeing orders
  • Assist with updating and maintaining ecommerce product selection
  • Monitoring Inventory
  • Other sales and marketing tasks related to our ECOMMERCE site

E Commerce Administrator

The objective of this position is to assist in the final stages of our E Commerce Site Plan and work with our EComm Team to bring the site live and develop its success.Successful applicants will also be required to multi task through different areas within our company working with our team to achieve our company goals. Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30AM - 5:00pm

Duties:

  • Assisting with product load onto e com site
  • Assisting and monitoring inventory for e com site
  • Assist in monitoring e comm site and working with back end programmer and in house graphic designer
  • Managing and overseeing e comm orders
  • Understanding all functionalities of the ecomm platform
  • Other E Comm sales and marketing related tasks

  • Min. 2 years experience in E commerce Administration
