Return Authorization Procedure
If you are not 100% happy with your Myka Designs E Boutique purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (NOT APPLICABLE TO SALE ITEMS AS THEY ARE FINAL SALE).* Your items must be unworn and in their original condition.*see provisions below*
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, undamaged regular priced merchandise for a full refund up to 21 days from date of purchase, provided the merchandise;
- Has been purchased on Myka Designs E Boutique, original receipt required
- Has NOT been worn
- Is returned with its original packaging materials and packaged in a corrugated box to avoid damage in return shipping
- PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED ON SALE ITEMS

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees on returns that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Orders shipped with FREE shipping – Please note that for all return orders which were originally shipped out with free shipping, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees for returns that are not damaged or incorrect.
Orders shipped with shipping charges – Shipping charges will remain the cost of the customer, in other words, you will be refunded your purchase amount less the value of the shipping charges ex. $10.00 plus tax. In addition you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
You will require a RA# to return any items to us.
Return Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and received back into our warehouse within 21 days of purchase date. Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please do so immediately.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
- Contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number & instructions to return your items (RA number) email@example.com or 1-800-608-7703
- You will be emailed a RA# and instructions on how to return your item, follow the packaging and shipping instructions on the information provided
- Ensure that you include a copy of your receipt in the return shipment
- Write the RA# number clearly on the front on the package
**Please note that shipments sent to us without a Return Authorization # will be refused and returned to sender at their expense**
To qualify for a refund, we simply ask that the returning items be unworn, in their original condition and they MUST have the security tag still attached.
Please package your returns in the manner in which you received them, return shipped to us in a corrugated box, as we will not refund purchases which are returned to us in poor condition. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS IN AN ENVELOPE OR BUBBLE ENVELOPE
Upon receipt of the shipment we will examine and process your return, which can take up to 30 business days. The purchase price plus any applicable taxes will be credited back to your original form of payment. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Should you wish to make an exchange, please follow the exact same RETURN PROCEDURE. Follow all proper steps, include a copy of your receipt and please package your returns in the manner in which you received them, as we will not refund purchases which are returned to us in poor condition.
Upon receipt of your shipment we will process your exchange and ship out your replacement item. You will be credited back your exchanged item and if required billed any difference for your exchanged item plus shipping and taxes.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for all returns and exchanges.
