We endeavor to ship all orders within 72 hours or less, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. All orders, of items in stock, placed between Friday and Sunday are shipped out no later than the following Wednesday. Please note 2nd Day, Next Day Delivery must be placed before noon PT.

You will receive a tracking number by email if your order has been shipped by Canada Post, UPS or Fedex.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure that you have given us your correct shipping information. If you accidentally give us an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged a $10 re-directing fee to get your order to the correct address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with Myka Designs, please call us at 1-800-608-7703 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our system is set up to fill orders and get them out as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
