We endeavor to ship all orders within 72 hours or less, unless the item you have ordered is not currently in stock. All orders, of items in stock, placed between Friday and Sunday are shipped out no later than the following Wednesday. Please note 2nd Day, Next Day Delivery must be placed before noon PT.

SHIPPING POLICIES

*Myka Designs is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages sent to a business address or incorrect residential address.

*Please note that all orders shipping to Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavut will be subject to shipping charges.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped by Canada Post, UPS or Fedex.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

All orders are to be doubled checked and confirmed before submitting them. Please make sure that you have given us your correct shipping information. If you accidentally give us an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged a $10 re-directing fee to get your order to the correct address.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

All orders placed on Myka Designs can be tracked. Orders that ship via Canada Post Mail will ship Expedited Parcel so even these orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking number by email once we enter your order in the Canada Post or FedEx system. This will usually happen the next business day after you placed your order.

If you prefer, we can track down your shipment. Simply email us noting your invoice number and we will update you on its whereabouts.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with Myka Designs, please call us at 1-800-608-7703 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our system is set up to fill orders and get them out as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
